Pop-up COVID vaccination clinic to offer booster jabs in Brackley

Anyone aged 18 and over who had their second dose of a COVID vaccine at least three months ago will be eligible to get their booster dose at the clinic, which is being held at Brackley Methodist Church between 11am and 6pm on Wednesday 15 December.

Three depots in Brixworth, Towcester and Wellingborough are officially on standby and fully stocked with tonnes of salt ready to grit ahead of the cold weather this winter.

Developers of Poppyfields Central Park will undertake remedial work to footpaths from Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th September 2020. During this time, the play area and some of the footpaths within the park will be closed.

Footpath closed behind Town Park

Footpath closed behind Town Park

The footpath located directly behind Brackley Town Park leading from Buckingham Road to Pebble Lane has been closed today until further notice.

Following a structural survey of the park wall, and recent extreme weather conditions, the wall is deemed to be un-safe and has been closed to ensure the health and safety of all.

This closure does not affect use of Brackley Town Park.
