For the second year running, Brackley Teddy Bear Festival went ahead on Tuesday 9 August which was organised by the Brackley Elves and Brackley Town Council.
It was a hot day but the teddies coped well in the heat as well as many families who came along for some summer holiday fun.

On Friday morning last week, our Brackley Town Councillors; Cllr Sue Sharps, Cllr Elaine Wiltshire, Cllr Scott Langford, Cllr Kate Nash and Cllr Luke Young helped organise a coffee morning in the Civic Hall to raise money for the ongoing Ukraine conflict. Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team are supporting us once again this year with our FREE community firework display!
It takes place this year on the 2nd November at St John's Site, Magdalen College School, Brackley.
The gates open at 17:30 and the fireworks will take place around 19:00. There will be community stalls and refreshments available all evening.

After an early wake-up call the BTC Ladies Team ventured out to Willen Lake, Milton Keynes to take part in 'Mission Mud'. An event held by and in support of the Royal British Legion.

Brackley Town Mayor, Councillor Elaine Wiltshire is hosting a Coffee Morning on Friday 24th October 2014 from 10.00am in support of the Wear it Pink Breast Cancer Campaign.
