More Wool on the Way!
The free wool has been so popular that we’ve almost run out! If you’d still like to collect some wool to take part in the Poppy Project, don’t worry, there is plenty more on the way. Keep an eye on our social media channels and website to find out when the new batch arrives.
The group sessions, where we will be attaching the poppies to the nets, are booked for the end of August, so there is still plenty of time to pick up those knitting needles and crochet hooks. There is no deadline for handing in your poppies. You can even bring them along to one of the sessions.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has taken part so far. Without your help, we simply could not make the Poppy Project happen. We cannot believe how much our collection is growing. We are getting closer to our goal every day!
