Home-Start West Northants Seeks Volunteers
Home-Start West Northants is looking for volunteers to help support local families with young children.
The voluntary organisation has been supporting families for over 40 years, helping those with at least one child under five living in the Northampton borough area.
There are several ways to get involved, depending on the time you can offer. Opportunities include providing one-to-one family support for two to three hours a week, helping at stay and play groups, offering weekly telephone support, or providing occasional help with community activities, trips and fundraising events.
No matter which role you choose, training is provided. Volunteers also receive regular supervision, ongoing support from Family Support Coordinators, and opportunities to meet and socialise with other volunteers.
Anyone interested in volunteering can find out more by visiting the website link below, calling 01604 627 692 or emailing enquiries@homestartwestnorthants.org.uk.
