A43 and Radstone, Temporary overnight road closure and traffic management

In early October 2022, we will be receiving the delivery of large plant and equipment to our site along the A43 southbound (SB). There will be temporary traffic management, in the form of a single lane closure between 8pm and 6am from Monday 10 October to Saturday 15 October 2022.

In the middle of October, our new access for HGVs to our A43 compound will become operational, the Whitfield Road, Radstone Junction will be closed for one night while this takes place. During this time, there will be temporary traffic management in the form of a lane closure on the A43 northbound (NB) while we uncover new signage along the highway.

The Whitfield Road, Radstone Junction on the A43 NB will be closed from 9pm on Sunday 16 October 2022, to 6am on Monday 17 October. The A43 NB will also have a lane closure from the Brackley BP roundabout to the Syresham Junction during this time.

Beginning in November 2022, there will also be temporary traffic management in the form of periodic overnight lane closures on the A43 SB. These lane closures will be in place to facilitate utility diversion works at our site located at the old Whitfield Racecourse and will allow for the safe exit of construction vehicles from the site. This traffic management will continue into Spring 2023.
