Upcoming Road Closures - 10 October 2025

We’ve been informed of upcoming road closures and traffic management around the Brackley area on the following roads: 

• A43: Towcester – M1
• Radstone Road: Brackley – Helmdon

A43 - Overnight Closure

National Highways have informed us that they are carrying out essential resurfacing, surveying and vegetation clearance work on the A43 between Towcester and the M1. The road will be closed overnight, both ways. Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout. Unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions may cause changes to the work schedule.

Between: Towcester – M1

Dates: Monday 20 October – Friday 7 November

Times: Overnight: 8pm - 6am

Radstone Road - Continuous Closure

EKFB will be closing a section of Radstone Road between Brackley and Helmdon. The closure will be to carry out the permanent tie-in works including drainage, earthworks and road surfacing. The road will be open for pedestrians and cyclists, however EKFB ask cyclists to dismount when travelling through the works area.
