This month, the Commissioner and Chief Constable, Nick Adderley meet the Home Secretary following the announcement that Northamptonshire Police have exceeded their target of number of officers in the county. The Commissioner also explains how this increase will boost police officers in neighbourhoods. Stephen and Nick also welcome a new team to the force who are focused on road safety and road crime policing. 

The Fire Service this month report an increase in the number of Home Fire Safety Visits being carried out across Northamptonshire and welcome the latest recruits to the Service. 

The Commissioner also updates on the Safer Streets funding and how it is helping to make Queensway in Wellingborough even safer.
