Halls for Hire
Brackley Town Hall
Brackley Town Hall was opened in 1707 as a civic chamber and assembly room to provide a focal point for the people of Brackley. Since then, it had an extensive refurbishment in 1883 where the Victorians of Brackley added a whole front wing to make the entrance more grand. In 1960, as part of the town's septcentenery celebrations, changes were made again to the inside of the building.
in 2016, the Town Hall closed for major restoration work funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, South Northants Council and the Brackley Town Council Town Fund. Major structural work was needed to make the building safe and fit for purpose once again. Information relating to the project can be found by visiting the Town Hall Restoration Project website.
