Egerton Hall was developed as part of the Radstone Fields project and officially handed over to Brackley Town Council in 2019. In April 2025, an extension was completed, adding two upstairs rooms, a kitchen area, and additional toilet facilities. The venue now offers four flexible function spaces; The Main Hall, One downstairs meeting room, and Two upstairs meeting rooms.

The Main Hall accommodates up to 200 guests and includes retractable seating for 150. It is ideal for performances, community groups, and private functions. A fully equipped kitchen is available to all main hall hirers, with a serving hatch that opens directly into the hall. The venue operates on a dry hire basis, allowing users full flexibility to tailor the space and bring in their own suppliers.

Each meeting room can host up to 30 people and two are furnished with tables and chairs. These rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings, workshops, or as breakout spaces for larger events. They can also be used for catering, bar service, or cloakroom facilities during larger functions.

Egerton Hall has its own private car park with 29 standard spaces and 2 designated disabled bays.

We offer a dry hire venue service which means you arrive to an empty hall and you return an empty hall. This enables you to have greater flexibility over the space and suppliers you use.
