Platinum Jubilee - Brackley WI Cake

On Monday 11 April, Brackley WI announced the winner of their Platinum Jubilee cake competition.

There were 4 entries overall and WI members tasted each one and voted for their favourite. The four members that submitted entries were Pam Stocker, Eileen Gardner, Carol Lancaster and Anne Carter.

Congratulations to Eileen Gardner with her Jubilee sponge cake!
