This Committee deals with the financial aspect of the Council, including the approval of expenditure by Lists of Accounts issued twice per month. Budgeting, quarterly budget figures, risk assessment and audit.

Establishment matters - if relating to a member of staff are taken under Private and Confidential.

It also includes items which cannot be attributed to either of the other Committees.
