I was born and brought up in Wales and, after studying in Hull , moved to London in the early 1970s where I lived until I made Brackley my home in 2004.
My professional life has been varied, but one constant theme has been the way I use my communication and relationship-building skills to build bridges between people and organisations.
As a new-comer, I see Brackley with fresh eyes and hope to bring the diversity of my experience together with my energy and enthusiasm to contribute positively to its development and the needs of its residents.
I'm a freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers.
I mentor students at Oxford Brookes University and in my spare time can be seen running the streets of Brackley in an effort to keep fit.
