Come and visit the Village Networks vehicle (RIC - Rural Information Centre) on the following dates and villages.

What Village Networks can help with:

- Professional free and independent advice and support on welfare benefits, debt and pension.

- Advice on household utility bills: help you find the best deals (gas, electricity, LPG, heating oil). Bring a copy of your supplier statement when you visit us.

- Health and wellbeing: receive advice from experts on issues that concern you.

- Ask about basic/beginner lessons on using a computer, emailing, online shopping etc.

- Job-seeking advice and a range of support to help you.

- Connect with local voluntary/community groups and find out about local volunteering opportunities.

Rising stars of the folk, rock and routes scene bring their energetic, entertaining band to the Brackley Folk Club stage on Sunday 8th October 2017.
Supporting The Shires, Seth Lakeman, Mad Dog Mcrea and more, the FolkLaw band were catapulted on to their debut European tour. They return to the UK fresh from the festival season to a run of dates on their Smokey Joe Tour.
FolkLaw aren't just another folk act, they're a full show! A true cross-genre acoustic band, they bring all their experience of the live music circuit, festivals and folk scene to make a vibrant stage show. They delight audiences with exhilarating songs and acrobatic fiddle playing. 'Ghostwrite' a haunting comedy by David Tristam.
The story evolves around Edward Pinfold, a promising new playwright and husband to the talented tempestuous actress Ruby. A tragic circumstance, and unexpected visit and the arrival of a motley collection of individuals throws Edward's world into chaos with a shocking revelation and surprising ending.

This unusual and hilarious comedy will be staged on Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th October 2017 at 7.30pm.
