GRASS MOWING CONTRACT 2009/12 |

Any company wishing to tender for the grass mowing of public open spaces and highways in Brackley should contact the Town Clerk for the Tender Forms or download them from this website. The completed forms should be returned to the Town Council by the 12 th September 2008 in an envelope clearly marked ‘TENDER FOR GRASS MOWING' It is very important that these documents are read through carefully so that no misunderstanding takes place during the contracting year. Currently we also undertake a small amount of mowing for the District Council and we are awaiting further instructions from them as to their requirements for the coming year. The Council would expect that the successful contracting company to be able to undertake this work subject to an agreed price. There is to be a site meeting on the open space at Humphries Drive/Pavilions Way concerning the proposed play equipment. Members of the public are invited to come along to discuss the equipment and view the proposed designs. Click here to view the proposals. | CIVIC SERVICE |
The Mayor Cllr K Dixon will be holding his Civic Service in Magdalen College Chapel on Sunday 28th September at 3pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend and there will be refreshments afterwards in the Town Hall. (The parade will start from the Town Hall at 2.55pm.) |

REMEMBRANCE DAY PARADE AND SERVICE SUNDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 2008 AT 3PM The Remembrance Day Parade and Service will be held on Sunday 9th November 2008 at 3pm. A splendid turnout is expected from members of the public and all the representatives from the various associations in the Town. Including the Mayor and Members of the Town Council, The Royal British Legion, RAF Croughton and many Clubs and Associations. |
